Empowering Girls: Saving for the Education

When Reshma joined WARE in 2015 it was the first time ever that she stepped out of her house for a job. Neither she nor her husband was enthused about her getting a job. But they wanted a better future for their only child, their daughter Mahek.

Suvarna, the social worker encouraged the women to start saving for the future of their children. Reshma opened the account and in the next two years, she kept adding small amounts based on her earnings. "Even though it was a small start, before I knew it, I had collected Rs. 10,000. I felt proud and positive about my daughter's future. Our goal is to have enough saved so that no matter what field she chooses she should be able to pursue it. I never want my daughter to give up on her dreams because of money."

Just got the Catalogue...

...and the Anvita Dress is OUT OF STOCK!!!!! So when will it be available...very disappointed.
Owner Response: Our artisan-made products take time to make. We try hard to predict sales, but sometimes we run out of products and time. The Anvita Dress was very popular and sold out almost immediately. Unfortunately, it won't be restocked because the artisans have now started production on the newly designed items for our Fall 2024 collection, which will be available in August. There is a new Anvita Dress in the fall collection. Be sure to check it out.

Beautiful Summer Dress!

I chose Medium in this dress, it fits perfectly. Just skims my body. (5'7, 185lbs) length is just below my knees. Colors are much more vibrant than pictured, (NOT a bad thing!) and I'm eager to wear it out!
Items from Marketplace are always meticulously sewn, designs are lovely, and quality can't be beat!
Shipping is quite fast, and I am proud to be a contributor to a worthy business.
