Embroidery Bonding: Summer 2024

During the summer of 2024, the children of the artisans visited their mothers' workshops to learn embroidery. The mothers proudly taught them various stitches, and together they designed a sampler. It was a new and special experience for everyone, with each mother feeling immense pride in showing her daughter or son the art of embroidery.

Ranju Yadav remarked, "I never thought my son would ever hold a needle." Her son Aditya added, "I appreciate my mother doing embroidery for hours in addition to her work at home. I am now going to help her more."

Savani shirt is great for layering

I just got the Savani shirt and it's perfect for this time of year. I wore it open over a turtleneck and not only did it look great, it was just right for the fall weather. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and I love the embroidery. The fit runs a bit large.

My happy shirt

This big shirt makes me so happy. It is extremely comfortable and SOFT-really soft! The embroidery has so many pretty fall colors in it. It looks great with all my jeans and clogs.
