Embracing Technology
Our development model incorporated a lot of personal interaction and group meetings. After the lockdown we had to come up with new ways to keep in touch with the artisans and their children. Technology was the answer, but there were some obstacles to overcome: limited access to smartphones, unreliable network coverage, and the need for everyone to learn (intimidating) new skills. But never underestimate the women! They took on the challenge with determination and humor, and now Google Meets, Zoom and “muting” have become household words. To read on visit our blog

Colors true. Fits nicely, with the gentle flare and is altogether flattering. I guessed at the fit. Don't be put off by the height of the model ... I'm just over 5' and it fit with the same length as on her. I bought the Petite Medium. The fabric is just a little rough, so I may choose to wear a thin silk top under it on cold days. I have sensitive skin, so I will try a cold-water soak with fabric softener. I will happily wear this top with blue jeans all Fall and Winter. I am very happy with this purchase.

i bought the dress as well because it was different enough to be worthwhile and i couldn't choose just one. deep red w/ highlights of deep and light ppl. and oranges. fits to size.

All of Marketplace's clothes are beautiful and versatile. This top is especially wonderful and I have received many compliments. The pockets are located in the front (you cannot see them) and they are very convenient.
